About

I've sat in every seat in this business.

The owner. The front desk. The agency. The software. The coach. The one who gets called when it's already on fire. That's why the build takes 45 days and not a year: I've already made the mistakes.

The gap

This is what running a business looks like from the inside.

PHONE RINGING DM AT 11 P.M. TIPS BY HAND NO-SHOW AT 2 3 REVIEWS A YEAR 62 HOURS WORKED, LESS TAKE-HOMETHAN THE TECH IN CHAIR 2 TECH QUIT 400 FORGOT YOU YOU, ON A TUESDAY

Every one of those boxes is a real thing that happened in my shop, usually on the same day. None of it is hard. It's just that all of it is on you, at once, forever, unless somebody builds the system that catches it. That's the gap. That's why Edha exists.

BOOKED 10 P.M.DM ANSWEREDREVIEW ASKEDPAY DAY DONE YOU, 45 DAYS LATER

Same owner. Same business. The boxes still happen. They're just not your job anymore, and your attention goes back to the part of the business only you can do.

Nothing on this page fixes itself.

The picture at the top of this section is what next Tuesday looks like if nothing changes. And the Tuesday after that. You already know which one you're living in. 45 days from now it's either the second picture or it's the first one again, and the only thing that decided it was whether you did something today.

6 questions. 2 minutes. We read every one ourselves and answer within 1 business day.

Why us

We've already been every person in this deal.

The one buying it. The one working the front desk. The one selling you a retainer. The one building the software. And the one who gets called when it all breaks. 5 seats, and we've sat in every one of them on our own money.

The owner

Opened a salon in the heart of Chicago and still own it. Payroll, a lease, a team, a Sunday night with a calculator. Nothing on this site is theory to us.

The front desk

Watched the phone ring while every tech was with a client. Watched the 9 p.m. DM sit until morning and the booking go somewhere else. We know where the money leaks because we lost it first.

The agency

Got 3 quotes to fix it. Setup fee plus a thousand a month, forever, and not one of them could say what we'd own at the end. So we stopped asking and built it ourselves.

The software

Built the booking, the pay sheet, the review engine, the DM answers and the campaigns. Then ran all of it in a real salon for months before offering it to anybody else.

The rescuer

The one other owners call when a tech quits, the book is a mess, or the month didn't add up. 15 years of building teams and fixing what's broken inside businesses, now pointed at yours.

Most people selling you this have never sat in any of those seats.

That's the whole difference. Nobody here is guessing what a Tuesday costs you, or learning your business on your money. We've already paid for these mistakes. You get the version that comes after.

Why Edha exists

Every agency I talked to had the same business model: keep you paying, keep you from learning how any of it works. The retainer was the product.

Edha is the opposite. I build it, I show you exactly how to run it, and I leave. If I've done it right, you never need me again, and that's the point.

We take on very few at a time. While we're in your accounts, we're not in anybody else's. That's what makes 45 days possible.

I'm not a nail tech. I'm the person who designed the business around the techs, and I'll do the same for yours.
